We booked through Ship A Car Direct. Pick up went well, all seemed good. Now 2 days after our estimated delivery date and no car. Worse, no word from the company. Ship A Car hasn't heard from theses guys either. My mother in law is so upset (her car).

My husband selected “Truthful” Transport to move our cars from LA to NH. Drivers Daniel & Lindsey Miller are unprofessional and liars. Different stories to different people. Lindsey said they went to Naples beach, Fort Lauderdale beach and after loading my van they were going to Clearwater beach. Was this a business or pleasure load??? Everything was late from pick up to drop off. I had to scramble to get it picked up on a weekend.

Wow, these people are the worse. Took my deposit money, I wrote them 5 emails stating that I had to sale my car so I won’t be needing services anymore. Car arrived damaged and although we had before photos and after photos they say they know nothing about it. Demanded payment in cash. Driver would not stay for us to inspect vehicle. Delivered filthy so had to wash and then found damage. Contacted company within 2 hours. Worst experience imaginable

I never had to ship a car before and Kenneth at movewheels answered all my questions promptly, understood my concerns, and when the first hauler was a no-show Kenneth stepped up and found another one to do the job for roughly the same price but now with a much tighter time-frame. Mission accomplished thanks to Kenneth!

Scheduled a car pick up. The driver never showed up but a deposit was charged to my credit card! The driver claims our back spoiler ‘flew off’ on the road. It’s a manufacture installed part on a vehicle less than five years old! Ya right. This was my 2nd time transporting my vehicle(s) with AutoStar and this time it was a further journey which created a little more anxiety. The driver transporting my vehicles delivered on time and within the time frame he had given me. I was pleased with the service and would highly recommend because of the reliability from both of my experiences with AutoStar Transport Express.

Hauled 6 cars and agreed to their 30 business day terms. Melissa Grifo is refusing to pay because she has not been paid. They are brokering cars without a brokerage authority or bond. Still have not been paid and the owner will not answer my calls. Do not haul for this company they are dishonest.

Jet ski was picked up on Saturday andnwas supposed to be delivered on Monday. They didn't deliver til Friday. They kept saying every day it would be delivered but it wasn't. They lied. Also the license plate was missing and driver lied and said it was on there when dropped off but we have pics showing it wasn't.
