Dynamic Auto Movers were sending me one invoice with $1090, but actually charged me for 1190. When I called, they didn't pick up the phone at first. When they finally picked up, they just lied to me again. Then I had to call my bank to solve this problem. But then they faked an invoice to show my bank. Do not ever contact Daniel, he was the worst! BIG LIAR AND SUCH AN BAD EXAMPLE IN THE INDUSTRY.
The question is how do you begin to rate this company? Do you start with the fact that I had to file a missing car report with the New York State Police just to ascertain the location of my shipped son’s vehicle? Do I start with the aspect that the vehicle was supposed to be picked up on December 21, yet it was not picked up until December 26th? Do I mention that the truck which picked up my son’s vehicle had…
Mark was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would recommend D.A.M. and Mark to anybody that needs a vehicle moved.
