My classic car that I have had since I was in high school unfortunately does not work anymore and no company was willing to transport it but Navy Auto did and now I am working on getting it running again. Thanks to Vanessa, she worked with me and made the impossible seem normal.
I want to say that this was the quickest process by far. Other companies told me I had to wait, that there weren't any drivers leaving California, all of these excuses and Navy Auto did it all in a week! I got my car to New York and was able to do everything I had planned on my time off.
Wow! I was so excited to see my husband at his base and I finally was able to move there with him. Jerry was an amazing rep who definitely helped us in the best way! I am a mother of two and a very busy woman, Jerry took care of everything and made sure I was aware of everything too. The driver was very friendly and the communication line was definitely open. How unbelievable it was to actually find someone who knew what they were doing. In this transport business, I was getting a bunch of calls from random companies but Joe assured me that he would handle everything and that was true, I did not even pay him until after my vehicle was delivered to me! I called Navy Auto Transport after being bombarded with Quotes. Got to talk to Mario who knew what he was talking about and was actually able to Inform me of the process and how it works. Not only did he give me a call within 48 hrs with driver information, but kept the communication line open between him, driver and myself. I transport a lot so you can bet that I will be contacting him again.
I need to Ship my Jeep ASAP and had no time to wait. I kept getting the run around from different companies. But not from Jennifer at Navy Auto Transport. I fumbled through a couple of companies till Brandon told me the truth, he told me like it was. As I mentioned before, this work ethic is the type I'd like my employees to have, he was never not available and always responded, the truck got delayed and Brandon called to let ME know, I honestly have no complaints, only that I cannot hire Brandon for my company!
