Shipping was quick and Philam Transport was honest. Everything went smoothly. They have the best customer service and Gilbert was always quick to respond to emails. He was okay with shifting dates and always gave good advice. All in all, the transportation was cost effective compared to other transporters and I was extremely pleased with the deal. I am now a life long customer. Thank you Gilbert and to your staff. I…

This is my nth time using Philam Transport and I can't say anything but good things. Their service is awesome. They'd go the extra mile just to give you the kind of service that no other broker could ever deliver. They are not the cheapest but they are the best with service! They get the job done done in an expeditious manner. Nothing compares. Thank you!
Always calling back and very helpful. Never leave you wondering. They even answer by text. They don't ever seem too busy to help. The drivers name was Jack and he was excellent as well. He was friendly and kept me informed at all times. He kept the vehicle in perfect condition and walked through the inspection after he unloaded it. Very happy customer here. I'll use them over and over again
Had a very good experience dealing with customer representative over the phone. The response was quick. He find me a carrier within few hours at a good price. I was going with another company but they couldn't find me a driver so I tried to call back Philam Transport, who was one of the many fews that initially sent me a quote. excellent and provided continuous updates. Very professional and very good service…
Having everything go so perfectly was a nice surprise. I contacted Philam transport to move my wife's car from California to Wisconsin. I sent my order form and after 2days the car was scheduled for pick up. I have to mention that the driver was really nice and professional. I am very satisfied with the way they run things in this company. I recommend them to anyone.
My first time to ever ship a car and Philam transport nailed it! I asked Gilbert to arrange my car to be delivered on July 3rd or 4th, and I realized those are holidays, but he successfully delivered on July 3rd afternoon, just 10 mins before I arrived in Washington. Needless to mention, my car arrived without any dents or scratches. Service you can count on! Thank you!
The staff that handled my transaction were superb! I could not have dealt with nicer people than the team of Philam Transport. I had a problem with the original pick up date but they did great in re-scheduling. The car was delivered on planned schedule and Dante, the driver could not be nicer. I recommend using them to everyone.
The price is just right and the people are awesome! Philam Transport is very professional and detail-oriented. Gilbert is my contact and he makes sure every car comes to me on time and damage-free. The best broker one could ever have.
The staff that handled the transactions were excellent. I could not have dealt with a nicer person than the representative of Philam Transport. Whenever I call, I was able to reach someone right away without waiting or having to call back. I would definitely use this company again.
Fantastic, cheap, and fast. This was my 2nd time using Philam Transport and its always a great transaction every time. They have a wonderful customer service, wouldn't look for another car transporter. I would be using them again in my next car transport.
We had a small window for my car to be transported from FL to PA and Philam Transport worked with us. Pick up and drop off were on time. The car arrived in perfect shape. The owner of Philam kept in contact with us and updated us regularly before pick up and we were given the driver's name and phone number so we could contact him during transport. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner from driver and updates…
Before choosing Philam Transport we looked at many different companies and chose them because their quote came in the lowest. The delivery time for my vehicle was on the faster side than what I've experienced before with other brokers. It really was a satisfying experience knowing that we got the deal at a low price. I would highly recommend Philam Transport to anyone who is looking to move their vehicle over a long…
Relocation can be extremely hassle and I'm not sure I would have had the slightest clue how to have handled it without Philam Transport. They helped me in a lot of ways. Gilbert accommodated extra weight in my car and even gave me referrals on other aspects of my move. He made sure the carriers were treating us well and that things were happening when they said they would. The quoted price to move my car was not the…
