Although my truck was late to Alaska by a few days, I understand the circumstances because of winter road conditions in Alaska. However, my experience overall was a positive one, and my truck got to it's destination safe and undamaged. They even cleaned it when it got there. Mr. Matthews demonstrated to me that he is a man of honor, integrity, and complete expert in his field of logistics, and he knows how to treat his customers. I admit that shipping my vehicle was somewhat stressful because of so many bad reviews I had read about people's experiences. Mine could have been one of those bad ones, except it wasn't, and I give all the credit to Kevin Matthews for keeping me informed and making himself available to address any concerns I might have had (even on Super Bowl Sunday!) I can't say enough about how much appreciation and respect I have for him.
