I was shipping my car from IN to TX.The initial rep (Dan S.) who set everything up was "awesome." But the company over all is a complete "JOKE." The rep put the two date in the system to have my car picked up.
The driver that was dispatched wanted me to drive over 117 mi away to bring him my car and find a ride back HOME. The driver said he didn't want to come back up the highway to pick my car up because it was going to "cost" him more money. I called and spoke with CSR Manager Jeanie who was by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I've ever dealt with and wanted to argue with me about why she wasn't refunding me NONE of my DEPOSIT. So I hung up.
My BEST RECOMMENDATION IS TO STAY FARRR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.Or you may find yourself like the rest of us on here alerting everyone about your HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY WHO CALL THEMSELVES "FAMOUS WORLD CLASS." HA!
