I have a problem with my car and did not think tt would have made ti back home from San Francisco. I put in a request and the first person to call me was Nicole. She went over everything with me. While were talking, my phone would not stop ringing Anyway, she and her assistant took really good care of me.
Thanks to both of you. Job well done!
