Aggressive and Profane

Transport Connection owner Bill Avrich was one of several brokers that contacted me almost immediately after I submitted an online request for quotes to ship a 2016 Chevy Silverado from Pennsylvania to North Carolina. During our very first phone conversation, Bill did not hesitate to bash other transporters, profanity and all. It was very unprofessional and lead me to move on and select a different shipping service provider. His sales tactic seemed to be based entirely around derogatory remarks about other carriers, including that "They are incompetent Cuban idiots". He also felt the need to call my cell phone many, many times and eventually resorted to attempting to get me to answer by calling from a restricted number. He also sent me several text messages including "What's the matter with you?", "What is wrong with you?", "Are you nuts?", and "You are being stubborn and refuse to listen to the truth!!!" after he realized I had gone with another carrier. Needless to say I will not be using Transport Connection for my vehicle transport nor will I ever consider them for a transport.
