I had just accepted a new job offer/ promotion after working 5 years in Manhattan, NY. I needed to move to Chicago with my pregnant wife. I didn't want her to endure any stress. So we decided we would fly and transport our SUV. I called South Beach Transport and spoke to a representative named Alex. Alex was informative, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained the process, we booked and my vehicle was…
The process went smoothly until they got me in contact with the carrier for my vehicle. The driver was in a completely different state when he was supposed to get my car. Then he randomly called me during work one day in my new city to tell me he was 20 minutes from my house to drop it off. The driver wanted me to meet him in a random parking lot somewhere in the city to meet him to get the vehicle. When I finally…
I recommend Gary to anybody who needs transport for the vehicles. Gary was very insightful very respectful and explain how transporting worked. He provided a quote for me at 690. I went with another company at first cause the price was cheaper. That company was not able to get it done . I called Gary and explain that I was working with another company and they were not able to get it done for me. Gary was very…
Micheal at United American auto Transport was Great he had me a driver in just minutes and the driver was very professional and kind, gave me a time and he was early. If I ever have to do this again I would call Micheal right way, He is confident in what he does and he does it better then anyone else that I talked too and he also put my step son at ease . I would recommend United American Auto Transport to any one…
Very competitive price! To be honest, the best price quote received, I received over 15 quotes from different companies. The contracted driver contacted me several days before the scheduled pick up date to coordinate the vehicle pick up. The driver showed up two days prior to the scheduled pick up date, but was courteous and professional. Vehicle was delivered without any damages and on the scheduled date. I would…
My car was safely delivered to St. Louis from New Orleans. Pick up (from a friend) and drop off (to myself) went smoothly. Roger was available to answer any questions that I had throughout the whole process.
This went very smoothly. Lots of emails from Ship a Car Direct was helpful and comforting. Kosta was also always available by phone. I plan to ship another car at a later date after this good experience.

i was searching the internet and came across this website and read some of the reviews. I decided to check this company out. I was glad that i did. I found both of Nicole's numbers and I called the toll free one- [phone removed] The first call with Nicole took a while because she took the time to explain everything for me and answered every question, I am a skeptic, when I tell you had questions, I had lots of them…

I had a unique transport. i was shipping a tiny home and Natalie got the job done. this needed a specialized transport and they knew just who to contact. the trucker came in with this huge rig and got this all set up for transport. it was something to see. The people at south beach transport really go out of their way for their…
I was screwed over a company who guaranteed me pick up for 2 weeks and nothing. I received a call from Nicole at [phone removed]. She was direct and told me exactly why my cars were not picked up. she told me the true price which I wish the other company had told me from the beginning. Once I got everything set up with her, it was quick. I had my cars picked up in 2 days vs. the weeks I waited with those jokers. I…

It's good to know the state of being of people that are incredibly professional. There was a new found sense of appreciation I discovered. The helpfulness that Eric and Navy auto transport provided was excellent from start to finish.
I found Eric on accident. I was looking for another company, but decided to hear him out. Boy am I glad that I did.... The service and consistency that was given was wonderful. My car was taken care of and delivered on time. Thanks Navy Auto.
I have shipped my vehicle with Jerry for the second time now. Every time he is always professional and gets the job done. I wouldn't go with any other carrier and I strongly recommend Jerry Serdan and Navy Auto Transport to all my friends and family.
