I had shipped this car to my parents and they needed to have me work on it again. I had it shipped back to me and once i was done, i called my go to girl Nicole. I had communication with Nicole as usual and if she was available, I was in touch with her assistant. My parents car was picked up and delivered by some really nice truckers. Thanks Nicole. I reach her at [phone removed] .

Gilbert, never mentioned a cancellation fee, and the order was on file for 3 days and he charged me $99.00 for nothing.
This is the 2nd time i had to have this car shipped. I shipped this up to my parents and Nicole had done it for me the first time. I needed to do some work on it for my dad, so the first person i called to get this done was Nicole. The driver was professional and on time. He was at my door step 1 day early. A smooth seamless process. Thanks again Nicole
My car was transport by Andy Pacheco at Navy Auto Transport who did an amazing job. Andy guided me through the whole process and was always available when I needed to reach him. Very professional! I highly recommend using Andy at Navy Auto Transport. Thanks Andy!
I fumbled through a couple of companies till Brandon told me the truth, he told me like it was. As I mentioned before, this work ethic is the type I'd like my employees to have, he was never not available and always responded, the truck got delayed and Brandon called to let ME know, I honestly have no complaints, only that I cannot hire Brandon for my company! Definitely recomend! Thanks Again!
I had been trying to get a mustang moved from GA-MO. I responded to a phone message left by Nicole. She explained start to finish how it works and some tricks others will use to get information out of you. I must confess i did fall for it from another company. I signed with Nicole and South Beach because they never asked for card information over the phone to pay anything up front. Anyway, she found me a driver and…
I chose South Beach Transport after i had originally gone with another company that scammed me into paying a deposit that they said would not be charged until pick up!!!! As soon as i got off the phone with them it was charged! I remembered Izzy warning me about this and i called him for help. He was so polite and helpful! i got my car picked up and transported smoothly. Thank you Izzy!!!!!!
I'm not new to this industry and at this point nothing shocks me. Until I came across Izzy. I was actually shocked to see that someone in this Industry actually knows what they are talking about and aren't worried about just making money of the customer. Izzy was more then helpful and was on time and made sure that everything went smoothly. I look forward to working with Izzy at South Beach Transport again.
Usually for the Summer my family and I drive our car, but this year we decided to fly instead, but needed our family car to us. We put a quote out and immediately were being reached out too. Some companies good and some horrible, but none gave us the information that we needed. But we decided to give David at South Beach a call and were beyond amazed at his service and customer service skill. We immediately booked…
I needed my vehicle picked up like yesterday and was being overwhelmed with so many companies calling, emailing, and texting. Even being yelled at when I would say that I need to think about it. But not Nicole at South Beach Transport. She spoke to me nicely gave me the details and explained to take my time and think about it. She explained that difference between the Standard Shipping and the Expedited. I need the…
My daughter was moving to FL for school, but we were having a hard time finding a company that was trust worthy. Luckily Leo was one of the many people that called us and was able to explain everything and even went above and beyond to send us links and info on other companies and how they work. He looked out for my daughter and I and treated us like people unlike the other companies who just saw us a Dollar Signs…
I was amazed when I got to speak to Manny who knew exactly what he was talking about and kept me in the loop the whole time. I had never used a transport company before because of all the Horror Stories, but he made me change my mind. I will be using Manny at South Beach Transport from here on out. Thanks!!
It's that time of year again when I have to leave back to NY and usually I end up with headaches because of the companies I have chosen in the past who don't care about anything more then the money they can make off from you. But this Year I decided to give another company a try and that was South Beach Transport. I called and was connected to Alan who was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the very…
This was my first time going through the whole " auto-transport process" and what a nightmare this industry is. I've had literally thousand's of companies contact me ; prices really high and really low and I was extremely confused as to which one to choose. Then the pro's at Navy Auto Transport contacted me and explained everything to me in elaborate detail . These guys are the real deal!! They gave me the…
My son was ready to come home from college and had to drive a moving truck with his things, so we decided to ship it over, when i frist spoke to Brandon my time was limited, but he definitely made it happen! the car was picked up within a day of speaking to him! Brandon made it very easy for us.
Jerry did a great job. Got my car over to North Carolina and was very patient with me as I had to keep postponing the ship date. The delivery was on time and the price was great! I will continue to ship my vehicles with Jerry
This is my first time transporting with South Beach transport and I can honestly say that I will not be using anyone else from now on. The service I received from Manny was excellent and the driver he chose for me picked up and delivered when he said he would. I am very happy with this experience, I will definitely be calling Manny again
My experience dealing with Jamie at South Beach Transport was wonderful. He was very professional and understanding and made sure that everything was accommodated to my liking. The pricing was amazing and over all I definitely will come back if I ever have to transport another vehicle as well as recommend them to my friends.
My entire experience with the company was extraordinary! South Beach Transport is definitely a professional company and very reasonable and affordable when it comes to pricing. Leo made sure it was picked up and delivered on time. Definitely will not hesitate to give them a call the next time I need to transport my vehicle.
