The company and in particular Gilbert was professional, honest and exceptionally accommodating at a very busy time of year (late June). The car arrived in good condition. They made every effort to keep me informed about the arrival time and they coordinated a convenient time for me to receive the car. the price was right. A big thanks for a great job!

Gilbert was very open and honest about the quoting and transport process. Actual cost was slightly under initial quote. Took less than 24 hours from order placement to carrier assignment. Gilbert and carrier (Tim Burgess) did an excellent job communicating with different parties in MN and FL. Pickup and deliveries were right on time. Gilbert followed up after delivery. Would use both again.

Expensive but excellent service also price can be considered fair. Would recommend and use again. Dispatch was accessible and respectful. they allowed slightly extra luggage to be stored inside car and they returned car in original condition.

Awesome customer service! Philam tracked shipment from start shipment from start to finish. They also updated me on the movement of the shipment daily throughout the process and readily accessible. I will definitely use them again.

I've never met anyone who works harder than Gilbert! He did a great job explaining the process, showed me the listings and kept me updated constantly. He was very honest about what the driver gets paid and what he gets paid. I am planning on using him again for another transport job.
