Very worst company! Don't ever try to get with this *** *** company! They email me stating that if I end up shipping my car they can cancel my shipping order at no cost and took $100 from my credit card! It's horror...! Beside that they give pick up date and at the last minute say got to Waite 5 more days...!
Overall great experience. My car arrived on time and in the same condition it left in. My only suggestion is it would have been nice to have some type of tracking to know where the trailer was. The company Ship A Car Direct ended up finding for me to use wasn't the greatest at communicating. I never received a call the day before pickup to confirm the time frame to expect it in.
