Shipping a car from Florida to Kansas

Car arrived damaged and although we had before photos and after photos they say they know nothing about it. Demanded payment in cash. Driver would not stay for us to inspect vehicle. Delivered filthy so had to wash and then found damage. Contacted company within 2 hours. Worst experience imaginable
