I am used to the transport world as I transport all the time, but normally I get stuck with the Headaches of the non responsive company or the having to do a charge back because no one did their job, but not this time. This time after the first non responsive call I decided to go with their competitor Nicole at South Beach Transport and I'm glad I did. She answered my calls and any questions that I had were taken…
Customer service on the phone was prompt and friendly. But when I booked the transport I specifically asked the odds of a late pickup and was assured it was very low. After the pickup was a week overdue I began to call daily to check the status of the pickup. I the end I did receive the car in good condition with a good driver I was just delayed two weeks getting the car picked up from the seller and shipped.

Mario did a great job of explaining the process, and made a recommendation on how we should procede. Everything he said would happen did happen. I would feel very comfortable using Mario in the future. I gladly wrote this review without any incentive.
