This will be my 4th time working with Nelson Smith over at South Beach Transport and its simple they are the best.
Andy Pacheco at Navy Auto transport did a wonderful job transporting my daughters car. It was a simple process with Andy and would definitely be using his services again. I received excellent customer service! Thanks again Andy!
I had a time sensitive transport...so i was a bit nervous at first because i didnt know if it would possible. I had to have my car picked up during a certain time frame because i had a flight to catch and i had no one/nowhere to leave the car once i left. After speaking with Nelson Smith, we came up with a few solutions but everything went really smooth and my car was picked up EXACTLY when i needed it picked up!!…
My dream, ever since I was a kid was to move to New York and become an actress. Thanks to Nicole and Brittany, I was able to do so. I have lived in Miami my whole life, and did not know how I was going to get my 2015 Subaru across the country to New York?? Well these ladies helped me out, they gave me the best price and most of all the best customer service, I was able to move to New York and my car was delivered…
I will be using ONLY South Beach Transport from here on out. I was in a bind and the company that I had Originally hired was basically giving me the run around. When I finally got someone on the phone it was to tell me that my vehicle was moving because they needed more money. Which was odd because I was told that the price they gave me would move. WRONG!! Luckily I kept the number to several other Companies South…
I have bombarded with so many calls and promising me the whole world and thankfully I have found this company. They were very upfront and explained how the business works and I am really glad I went with the.My car was picked up in 3 days and delivered in 5 days.Thank you again!
I'm not new to this industry and at this point nothing shocks me. Until I came across Izzy. I was actually shocked to see that someone in this Industry actually knows what they are talking about and aren't worried about just making money of the customer. Izzy was more then helpful and was on time and made sure that everything went smoothly. I look forward to working with Izzy at South Beach Transport again.
It's that time of year again when I have to leave back to NY and usually I end up with headaches because of the companies I have chosen in the past who don't care about anything more then the money they can make off from you. But this Year I decided to give another company a try and that was South Beach Transport. I called and was connected to Alan who was extremely professional and knowledgeable from the very…
Brandon transported my car after I had no hopes to, I had truely given up after thousands of phone calls and emails, till Brandon called, I'll admit I wasnt having it but he cared to ask why I had changed my mind, and explained to me that I had nothing to worry about, and so here we are! Brandon was Great!! thanks again, always gong to recomend Navy Auto Transport!!!!
I needed to ship my vehicle and didn't have much time. I had been using another company and they did nothing, but give me the run around. By the time Manny called me I was done. I was about to just drive my own car, but he took his time to explain the process what to expect and what not to expect. And the best part I didn't have to pay a dime until the Vehicle was delivered. Everything went smooth. I will be using…
Initially I was working with a different transport company...they told me everything i wanted to hear, and i thought ...This is EASY! Unfortunately, this all came crumbling down when my desired date of pick up came and went!! I had spoken to Nelson Smith from South Beach Transport, and i remembered he mention some of the things that ended up happening...and he said to keep him as a BACK UP..just in case....boy am I…
It was that time again to go back home. And unlike my past experiences this time it was very pleasant. I got to work with Manny over at south beach and it was a smooth transition. Manny got my car picked up in no time and was in touch every step of the way.
I normally don't transport my car during this time due to the bad weather, but I came across Leo who told me just how he would have my car transport and nothing would happen to it. And he was right. Not only did my car get to me, but the driver and Leo were always in communication with me.
Honest and no surprises. integrity in the deal. clean communication. will use again. fast contract. email efficient. open to trucking review. not obnoxious sales pitch. was concerned about delivery and follow up.
