Shipping a car from Michigan to Nevada

Worst experience ive ever had.Called on Monday and spoke with Ross, owners son. Told me I would be contacted Monday night by a driver to schedule pick up in Michigan for Tues or Eed and would deliver to LasVegas by the weekend.
