Thanks to Charles I was able to calm my nerves when it came to shipping my car. I was so worried as it was only my second time and my first was not exactly the best. But Charles changed that. Not only did he explain how other companies work, but he made sure to keep in contact with me the whole time as I had expressed that being one of my biggest concerns. I will be calling him when it's time to go back. I'm one…

My daughter was moving to FL for school, but we were having a hard time finding a company that was trust worthy. Luckily Leo was one of the many people that called us and was able to explain everything and even went above and beyond to send us links and info on other companies and how they work. He looked out for my daughter and I and treated us like people unlike the other companies who just saw us a Dollar Signs…

I had my BMW in New York for a long time trying to get it shipped down to Miami at the best possible rate. It was inoperable. I worked with a lot of different companies that kept making promises they couldn't keep. Throughout all of this, there was Jerry. Navy Auto Transport was one of the companies I was considering but the price he gave me was too high in comparison to all of the other transport companies. I kept…
I had put out a quote and was hit with all kinds of email, texts, and calls. Decided to go with another company, but as I didn't know how this works. I not only gave a deposit upfront, but they now wouldn't respond to my calls. Luckily I decided to give Nelson a try and I'm very happy I did. Not only did he help me get my money back, but was with me every step of the way.
