I bought a car on line for the very time and I needed it transport which was also a first time thing for me. J&S made this a great experience. They stayed in touch regularly. i know if i ever do something like this again, they will be my first and only call.
I am so happy that all went very smoothly in the process of transporting my vehicle, I have never transported before but Manny sure did explain everything to me. The one thing I hate is surprises and with Manny there weren't any! So remarkable! I will definitely be calling him when I have to move my car back to New York in the winter.
Very professional company!! Loved doing business with Navy Auto Transport!! The gentlemen I dealt with (Jerry Serdan) was very helpful and always kept me informed as to when my vehicle was being picked up/dropped off.
