I shipped my car across country and I was happy with the service. Everyone involved was knowledgable and courteous. My car came back dirty (not surprised since it 3000 miles in an open transport) but exactly as I gave it to them. One of my friends shipped her car with a different compnay from Texas and it showed up with a few extra 100 miles on it but my car didn't have any extra miles on it.
The customer service at Ship a Car Direct was great and my car was delivered on time and intact with no damage. My only complaint is that the car carrier company did not contact me when the carrier for my car was booked. I contacted the carrier company and was told someone would follow-up with a confirmation phone call the next day. A phone call was never received. I called two days before the scheduled pick up date…
