Wow, these people are the worse. Took my deposit money, I wrote them 5 emails stating that I had to sale my car so I won’t be needing services anymore. The girls number said it was “no longer in service” they didn’t answer any of my calls and none of my emails and kept my deposit even though I was in the guidelines provided to make the cancellation and receive a full refund. These people are frauds and I would never…
I contacted Road Runner, after Sweet Spot Transport played switch & bait. Road Runner gave me a date for pick up & keep the date, gave me a price & again keep that price, car was sent & was to be delivered on Tues but came on Mon. Driver was very polite, took excellent care of my car & most important to me cared about me & my car. I HIGHLY recommend this co for transport, I have already advised a friend to call them.
Brand new car. I didnt want it shipped with just anyone! Spoke to Lisa she was helpful, attentive, driver was great. Transport went smoothly my car arrived right on time
Angels moving autos. The name says it all. These people are so trustworthy and reliable, you can count on them to move your car. They transported mine with no issues. I will be calling them again in the future! Thank you so much Angels!
This transport was the best by far. I had used a different company in the past but this one was by far better in terms of communication! It was amazing to be able to just call with the dates and have someone call me and keep me informed instead of me calling. Great job!
Excellent communication and customer service
Great Job! The team was professional and went the extra mile. Took the time to understand my needs, delivered as promised, damage free! it should be noted that despite a major storm, they had my best interest in mind!
Easy to use ... very good communication ... fast!!! The Driver took pictures and was in constant contact during the trip. I was surprised for an early delivery. I would use this service again and easily recommend!!
I would definitely use A123 again. Their service was honest and their price for enclosed transport was fair. The driver they used was friendly and very professional. Beetle arrived safe and sound. :)
Great customer service. friendly people, reassuring care since this is the first time shipping a auto. Had an over abundance of e mails and quotes all claiming to get the cheapest rate but door to door seemed to have all bases covered
Yes !! The three words Sum it up ... Gilbert was quick, fast & efficient. The original Broker (iMovers) whom i had contracted with, did not turn up for pick up as decided and asked for additional apprx. $200 to be picked up 2-3 days later, which was frustrating. I hung up with them tried calling a few others & that's when I got in touch with Gilbert. And once he spoke to me, within 2 hours the truck was at my…
