Shipping a car from Texas to Pennsylvania

Not only did this company fail to every pickup my vehicle, they have never returned my $75 deposit. You should NOT believe anything they communicate to you.

My first time shipping a car and my friend referred me to Navy Auto Transport. Jerry was the representative that handled my order. Everything went well. My car was picked up and delivered on time and the service was great.

The worst ever experience. While booking they said 732 which can be paid through credit card. Later they took 50 dollars for credit card. 15 times called for pick up. Excuses or no reply. One it is picked no response. If i call the company they tell to contact the driver and send a rescheduled delivery date. It continued for a week. Worst response from everybody including Manager.
