Not easy. First it was to be picked up between a 3 day window but it took 5 extra days. I understand but man it was hard for me. I would recommend anyone to Alan from South Beach Transport. Soooooo many calls from companies but I could hear the unprofessional-ism in their voice and background. Set up the transport with Leo after talking to a few other people but i trusted Leo the most. Vehicle was picked up on the 3 days later as asked for and only took 4 days to receive it which was less time with the rental.
