South Beach Transport

I'm a real stickler for customer service. So, when I met Alex from South Beach Transport,I was thoroughly impressed. He not only educated me on the worldof auto transport but he also stuck with me throughout everything, giving me step-by- step updates on the progress of my transport. I would call after hours and if he didin't answer right away, he would promptly return my call. His service was above and beyond the…

i found this company on the internet when I keyed in car transport. The number that came up was [phone removed]. I figured it was a general number and they would connect me to a person. I was surprised when I spoke directly to Nicole. We talked for about 20 minutes. She made me feel comfortable and asked about everything with regards to my move. The price she gave was the price,The big seller for me was I had no…

I needed to get my daughter's Jeep back home since she graduated from college ( finally). The first call I got was from Nicole. She explained to me the whole process. I will admit that I did talk to 4 other people but they just wanted me to give them a deposit. One even told me that my daughter could pack the Jeep with all of her stuff. Nicole had followed up with me a few times and I really wanted to know what was…

I bought a truck from an oil company in Twin Falls and needed to have this brought down to me. I thought about flying up there to get it myself and realized I just did not have the time to do so. I have a friend who is a dealer and he had told me to give Nicole a call. She told me the price and when looked at what it would have cost me to do it, I just said to her " ship it". I really thought the location would have…

i bought a car at an auction in Los Angeles. I could not make the trip down south to get it myself. I went through my phone looking for a contact and found Nicole's number. I had had Nicole ship a car for me over 2 years ago and I was hoping she was still around. She picked up on the 2nd ring and she got me a price. The price never changed. The car was delivered to my doorstep with not a worry or problem

My husband was out of town on business and we needed to have our car towed from Nevada to Louisiana. I had never towed a car locally, never the less, cross country. So I did what any smart person would do. I googled it. Boy, was I overwhelmed. I plugged in my information online and was bombarded with calls from brokers all over the nation. I was lucky to find Alex from South Beach Transport. He was understanding…

Hey world, so I just had my car shipped from South Beach Transport and I had to leave a review because they did such a great job. I was surprised at how responsive they were and how timely the trucks arrived. They did a full inspection of the car to make sure its safe and were very polite. I am just so thankful for all the hard work. Especially David he is the magic maker. Good Job.

I lived in Connecticut and had to move to Washington for work. I was nervous about my new job and as well as moving. I was lucky to find Alex at South Beach Transport. He held my hand throughout the whole ordeal. Alex helped me transport my vehicle and kept my mind at ease by keeping me with up to date information about the whereabouts of my car. It was a relief and a load off my back at a very important time in my…

Thank you for showing me the way! Even though the risk was great on putting items in the vehicle, he got permission from the FMCSA and they sent me a certificate to give the driver upon pickup. I am a veteran from Iraq and lost both my legs. The FMCSA has a program to help Veterans get back home and pay up to half their move. Call [phone removed] for details

I had a car that i bought a car from overseas and had it flown in. It had a small time window for pick up and I did a search on the internet and I found Nicole at South Beach Transport. She was able to find me an enclosed transporter who was able to accommodate a 11pm pick up time and got this to me in 24 hours. Driver showed up with a shiny enclosed truck and i watched him take it from the top of the rig down on a…
