Dealing with 1-FLAT rate was a very positive experience. From the moment I called I knew this was the company I would use. They were very courteous and easy to deal with. I would say having my car transported from NJ to CA felt like a smooth ride from start to finish.
The transport of my car was a quick process right after i put in my quote request. The thing that was most important to me was the communication. i needed that every step of the way because my schedule is very chaotic. The driver was efficient and was able to work with me. Very good experience.
I go to school in MA, but all my family lives in Southern Cali...so this is teh 2nd time i ship my car. The first time was not a good experience so i took much more care in choosing a company this time around. I came across this company and i really liked wha they had to say, their services were good and my car was delivered on schedule and with no damage!! The driver was very courteous and DID NOT ask me for more…
I have used this company 3 times to ship my car because I get moved around a lot because of my job. I have been given fair prices each time and great service. They have been on point when it comes to communication. Will definitely continue to use them.
My car was picked up on time and delivered as advertised!! It was scary at first with all the different car carriers calling you at once but once we spoke with Flat Rate everything was smooth!! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends
