from the moment i contacted amerfreight, it was less than a week and the vehicle i purchased was at my door. my contact person, danielle roth, was more than good with understanding what i wanted to take place with my shipment.
Very happy with service. Jorge Cruz did a great job for us. Ended up having the car picked up the same day that we called. My only complaint is this company's requirement to write a review with a minimum of 200 characters. I was finished at less than that, and now I am filling in unnecessary spaces.
This was the 2nd company i chose...i wish i would of chosen Amerifreight FIRST! the first company i was with charged me a deposit and they never picked up my car !! I spoke to amerifreight and they were able to help me at a reasonable price...and they got the job done!! Thank you AMERIFREIGHT!!
EVery year i choose a different company to transport my car from New Jersey to Naples Florida. Every year i'm amazed at how many carreirs want my business!! This year i think i found the company i will stick with for the way back to New Jersey...such great prices and great service! Thank you
Lecia is a good person to work with. She listened to me when I asked questions and she got my car picked up and delivered. I would definitely recommend her to get your car moved. My driver was very patient with me too. I had questions because I was a little nervous when he was driving my baby unto the truck. Things went well and I got my car with no damage
the guy was professional and nice. He was on time to pick up my car and very friendly. My car was delivered on time and earlier than I expected and in good condition. I will use this service again next time.
I was hesitant picking this company after reading a few reviews on other sites, but that was not the case here. I couldn't have asked for better service from Jorge and Sam in returning my phone calls promptly, calling my driver to confirm my transport, and making sure that everything was set up for me. I had asked for the 7 day time period for my car to be picked up and it was picked up 3 days early! Even my driver…
Dealing with Graham and the team was easy and there were no issues at all in getting my car from California to Massachusetts. I will use them again in the Fall when I have to ship my vehicle back to California.
Everything went so smoothly and Lecia was amazingly helpful!!! I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone in need of shipping a car across country and will use them again if the need ever arises again in the future.
We were moving cross the country and decided to ship our cars. We were a little nervous but from beginning to end we had no problems. Amerifreight gave us the price and helped us with dates of when to expect pick up and drop off. They were on time and moved them quickly. We'd recommend them to anyone!
I contacted one other agency prior to this. They were. pushy, difficult to understand, and did not directly answer my inquiries. This company was completely opposite. Quick turnaround time. Great communication. Reasonable fees. No problems! Would definitely recommend and use again for all my vehicle transport needs.
The price quoted was accurate. They selected a driver that had fast pick up and delivery. I will use this company again. Lecia has great customer service and I can tell she wanted me to be satisfied! Thanks!
As always, Jorge was great with this shipment. Not an easy area to pick up cars from in California and he was able to find a carrier to get one for the day requested. Worked out great and car was delivered just in time!
Good advancement opportunities. Very good training and experience. Decent benefits. Generally reasonable management. Good record of job security. Company has well-deserved reputation of reliability and quality service. Management is well respected within the industry for safety.
This was an AWESOME company to deal with. They were very professional and true to their word! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for auto transport! Every person I dealt with was top notch! Made this delivery very easy on us and trouble free!
