Customer service on the phone was prompt and friendly. But when I booked the transport I specifically asked the odds of a late pickup and was assured it was very low. After the pickup was a week overdue I began to call daily to check the status of the pickup. I the end I did receive the car in good condition with a good driver I was just delayed two weeks getting the car picked up from the seller and shipped.

Auto Transport 123 did a good job with getting my car to me from the east to west coast. My car was the way it was once it was delivered to me. I was able to contact and track my status at anytime. They were very nice and helpful and I consider the price very reasonable. They also support military and you don't have to pay up front. Good job...
auto transport 123 are quick and responsive, easy to communicate with. the speed of delivery was amazing and the driver called me every 2 hours to update me and i really like that. i would use them again and recommend them to others to use for moving

I had a good experience dealing with Autotransport123. Jonathan was very helpful though the process (my pickup and dropoff requirements were a bit challenging), and my driver was very polite and helpful as well.
