Good transport with Anthony. There was some confusion about the cod pay to the driver but Anthony was patient with explaining it. The driver was helpful.
Car: 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI Wish I found Auto Transport 123 a couple months ago - it would have saved me the headache of UShip brokers and I would have had my car so much sooner. Tara was fantastic to work with, took all the information and I had a driver assigned within 36 hours. Pick up Monday afternoon. Car delivered Friday morning. Just fantastic. Driver, Paul, was considerate and returned my call in a…
I talked to a lot of reps at a lot of companies before selecting Auto Transport 123. The primary reason for selecting your firm was my rep, Jason. Jason is knowledgeable, courteous and took all the time I needed to answer my many questions, I could not be happier with my experience. I'd recommend your firm and, particularly, Jason, as strongly as possible to anyone with a need for the services your company provides…
5 star if you had 10 I would give you 10. This is a cut throat business and AT123 did everything they said they would do. I could not ask for a better result. 5 stars they were early picking up i dId not have to rush. The driver was curtious and joey guarenteed everything and came through for me.
I had a great experience with this company from first contact to delivery! If you are ever going to use a transport company I would use this company. The weather was awful up here and he was still on time!
Auto Transport 123 was very reliable and efficient. The office helped walk me through the process and was there to support my needs. I will use them again. Great group to do business with. Nice job!
I picked this company because of Bobby West's (VP Sales) professional explanation of the shipping process. Very thorough and professional...with a million shippers trying to get my business, he struck me as the most sincere and trustworthy. He was there every step of the way, always taking my call and informing me of the progress as my car worked its way 3000 miles cross country. Because I live on a military post…
I would definitely use A123 again. Their service was honest and their price for enclosed transport was fair. The driver they used was friendly and very professional. Beetle arrived safe and sound. :)
