I shipped my husband's car with them and spoke with John to get everything set up. He was GREAT and the we couldn't be happier with our door to door service. Car arrived next day and the driver pulled it into our driveway. Highly recommend them!
They got us out of a major bind while we were at the opposite end of the country. They found a driver within an hour with my husband having to leave on a flight that night. I will never use another company. The driver was also amazing. Really fast to respond and great communication.
My car broke down on the way home from School, so i had to leave it at a friends place...the best option seemed to be to transport my Volkswagen GTI. I was pleased to speak with Direct Connect they gave me a great rate and they picked up and delivered my car super fast!!
I ship cars 2X a year, this was my first time using DIRECT CONNECT and i will always go back to them from now- GREAT service, fast delivery and the BEST prices!!
Outstanding service! They picked up the car same day I called and it was delivered ahead of schedule! Just in time for my Dad to surprise my Mom for Valentines Day! Everything worked out better than we hoped. Thanks for doing such a great job!
