The scheduling and delivering the vehicle was done to perfection. The customer service support was helpful and was kind full to guide me through the process. The truck service guy was prompt on his pick up and coordinated well during the delivery of the vehicle. Overall the job was done in a professional manner and commitment was the key for their work. Keep it up !!
Reasonable for the distance and was pretty quick. I filled out and faxed by my paperwork and got my Toyota picked up. The driver was professional and was in touch along the way. I had a good experience.
From the start to the finish, they did a great job. I never once thought what you read on the horror stories out there. This is a competitive industry and you must read before you ship. Do not take anybody's word for it. Call Direct Express Auto Transport for great service.
THE COMPANY ON A WHOLE WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE SERVICE.. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND REFER MY FRIENDS TO THE COMPANY. ASHLEY WAS SO INFORMATIVE .
This is my second time using Direct Express Auto Transport service. Truck driver was very nice and professional. The only reason the delivery was late was due to an unforseable 2 flat tires on the truck, ETA was 2/13 and vehicle arrived 2/16. A+ will use them on any auto transport needs and will let all my freinds know they are the ones to use.
It was fast and on time. Guy was courteous. Made my moms day by getting it there earlier then expect. I would use this company again, recomend to friends and family to use to ship there vehicles.
Everything was great and on time.
We have used this service twice in the past few years and were completely satisfied both times! It was very easy to set up the transaction. Quick and very professional! Thank you and if need be we will use this service in the future!
The service, pricing, courtesy shown to me, was all outstanding. i would definitely recommend them to everyone needing their service. i have used them numerous times and have not had one complaint. i also believe that their pricing is very fair and in line with all competitors.
I ship my car between CA and Wi twice a year. I have used other carriers previously but was satisfied with Direct Auto Transport and would use them again. The office and driver were easily assessable and helpful, the price was competitive and the driver was courteous and competent. The car could have been picked up 3 days early but that did not work for me. As a result, it was not picked up until the last of the…
I would definitely use this service again if needing a vehicle transported. The customer service representative was kmowleknowledgeable and the process was very quick and easy. She made sure to answer my questions and put me at ease that my vehicle was safe with a company to trust. The driver checked in and there was never a time where I felt unsure. The driver was able to get my vehicle here quicker than quoted…

The delivery was handled very professionally. Great communication and prompt response to questions. It was delivered on time to my expectations. I would recommend people to use this company.
Car came in good condition. Just not very good on communication part. My car was assigned to a transporter immediately within 2 days and he was scheduled to pick up car within 7 days from order date. The transporter never called me so finally i called him 2 days prior to pick up and he said, yes he will pick up on that date. Same thing with delivery. No interim status updates. Finally got call after 10 days saying…
Great customer service. They followed-up with me to make sure my car was picked up and dropped off. They picked up my car earlier than expected and delivered my car on time.
