With a week notice, Montway did all I could ask for in scheduling the pick-up and delivery. I would use them again!

Pickup from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills was very prompt and the delivery was 1 day sooner than initially promised! Driver kept in contact ahead of time and arrived at the drop off spot about 1 hour early. The driver was very careful during the unloading process as well in order to not scrape the bumper. It is in general a positive experience where customer service was prompt and got the deal settled fast. The driver, once dispatched, was reachable by phone. Car got to the destination on time, in good condition. First time using a trucker for long haul and I was apprehensive. My fears were completly unwarranted. This was a smooth transaction start to finish. A couple emails and phone calls and the deed was done. The car (69 t bird 4 door) arrived 2 days early and the driver Jeremy was in touch by phone ahead of his delivery.
