Montway Auto Transport

Our first time having a need to transport a car across the US. We researched many companies for enclosed transport. Montway quote came in the lowest. We were hesitant going with Montway because we figured many quotes came back high, is this company legitimate? I made a call to Montway to obtain additional information. The customer service was fantastic. The representative took the time to answer all my questions and…

I was suggested for Montway by my colleague, he gave me some great positive feedback. I then chose Montway and after getting the on time delivery with absolutely no issues would say that they are awesome in auto transportation. I would recommend to everyone who want to ship their car.

The truck driver that worked with us was professional and courteous. He made extra effort to contact us to update us about his transit situations and expected arrival time to pick up our 2 cars. He planned ahead and chose a wide and safe place (Target parking lot) to load the car. The cars arrived safely, without damage. The cars were dusty but that was expected for traveling thousands of mile from Texas to…

The drivers and customer service representatives called after 8pm and before 8am. They also expected pick-up/drop-off very late at night or very early in the morning. These are not usually the best times for me and it's hard to inspect a car for damage in the dark. There was not much flexibility. However everyone was very nice.

Good price, Excellent Service, Courteous Rep. , Good Communication ! EXCELLENT Driver - Courteous, Prompt, Safe ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! I Would DEFINITELY Use Montway Auto Transport / T&G Hauling next time THANK YOU !

The customer service was always professional and courteous however the pickup and delivery information provided was inaccurate. Upon delivery the truck driver was awesome as well as the vehicle.

Darrel the transporter was excellent very neat, and dependable easy to reach.Montways customer service were very helpful in arranging the right carrier to pick my vehicle up. they picked up as was required and drove it to my address and unloaded it. They were very efficient

I was absolutely blown away by Montway! Great communication, prompt pickup within 2 days of booking. Car was delivered the next day after pickup from Colorado to Illinois! Arrived in same condition as pickup. I highly recommend Montway for your transport needs! A+++

My only problem was when I scheduled the pickup I specifically asked if the car should be emply. I was told it was ok to put things in the back as long as it was covered and tied. I did this and it cost me $200.00 extra. I was a bit upset but what could I do. The move cost a lot anyway and $200.00 is a lot for me.

My experience from start to finish was great. Montway kept me informed with timing and the status of identifying a carrier. Both Montway and the carrier, LM Trans Inc., kept me informed with timing pickup. There was an issue with the trailer breaking an axle, but I was kept up to speed with the updated timing.

Kevin was helpful answering questions and the quote never changed. I would use this company again. Pick up was prompt and the driver was flexible on pick up location. Delivery was very efficient and did not impact my schedule.

no concerns, courteous

Montway made transfer my car so easy. They gave me a quote that was reasonable price for the transfer and they were there to answer all of my questions. My car was picked on the date I requested and received to Boston in a timely fashion. Thank you for your help Montway!

The worst ever experience. While booking they said 732 which can be paid through credit card. Later they took 50 dollars for credit card. 15 times called for pick up. Excuses or no reply. One it is picked no response. If i call the company they tell to contact the driver and send a rescheduled delivery date. It continued for a week. Worst response from everybody including Manager. Lost extra money, extra days and…

Montway did a Great Job getting our Mercedes from Ohio to south Florida. the engine went out on our sales rep and left us in a real tight. I called Montway and they took care of everything in a timely and professional manor. Made a problem go away so I could get back to taking care of business. I would recommend this Company to all who need this service. The Driver Dave went well above and beyond taking care of us…
