I was shipping my M3 from south carolina to california, I had booked with another company until Brandon gave me a call and showed me in black in white what it was they were doing, he was honest when no one else was. He saved me 300 dollars that I had put into a deposit to "reserve a spot." He gave me a fair quote and within a couple of days there was a driver at my mothers house in south carolina picking up the car…
This is the first time we have shipped a vehicle from one state to another. We have shopped around and received false information from other companies. We decided to go with one company and later found out it was a scam. Vanessa Rojas contacted us out of no where and spoke with us, she educated us in the whole process and gave us a level of comfort and we decided to hire them. Our vehicle was picked up when it was…

My vehicle got picked up the time I needed it to be picked up before I had to go to the airport to take my flight and delivered in the same conditions! Ana made the process very conftorable and accurate and was very honest when telling me the payments.
I was very pleased working with Jerry and Navy Auto Transport. I have transported in the past and it is always a headache! However, this time Jerry seemed to be well on top of things!! Even with the original driver that was supposed to pick up my vehicle cancelling, Jerry was great at communicating and assigning a new one. I will continue to use Navy Auto Transport for future endeavors. Great job Jerry!
Ana provided me with a driver the same day I booked with her and explained to me clearly why it is that other companies had me booked and didn't have a driver when they said "they did" and past my pick up date. Everything worked out great, Awesome service and honesty with this company!!

I was relocating for school and needed to transport my car. Jerry was the most helpful out of all of the transport companies I had dealt with.
