Excellent Customer service. Charles found an available truck who was on time for pick up. The Driver communicated with me about the convenient time to drop the car. I only pay the money we agree at the beginning of the transaction.
I have shipped my car 3 times and every time I used a different company because the one prior left me unsatisfied. However, working with Navy Auto was a completely different experience.
