This company is very professional and just went totally the extra mile to make sure I was happy. My agent, Scott, from the Ship a Car Direct, went out of his way to email me and gave me a step by step procedure and what will happen and how it will all happen. Also, sent me information about the bill of lading, take pictures of your car as its getting loaded up on the transporter truck. Not to mention other things I never even thought about.
