Do not use unless you want your car soiled and damaged

This transport was arranged by a HIGH end auto dealer. Car was in MINT showroom condition at pickup to include repainted and clear coated wheels with zero miles. Car arrived in deplorable condition. I expected it to be dirty from an open carrier, but I did not expect it to be covered in diesel soot and fuel oil. Protective floor skins had been removed and carpets were COVERED in greasy dirty boot stains. Windshield had a small crack and chip. Dirty hand prints were all over the leather inside. Wheels were rashed up from driving on and off ramps and scratched from belt strap buckles. No protective seat covers used when drivers move your car. Received NO call prior to delivery, so 3rd party storage rep signed for delivery without knowing original condition. This was likely done on purpose. Company hid behind signed BOL KNOWING the condition was perfect at pickup. They are based in Mobile, AL but business address is in Pensacola, FL so that the small claims court process is much more expensive and protects the shipper. Practically ZERO customer service. Phone numbers on BOL don’t work. This is a business full of disreputable sheisters. The dealer has blacklisted them so they are NEVER used again. You WILL be sorry if you ever let these people touch your car.
