CRC Transport LLC

Paul was excellent dispatcher and was really good to work with him. Recommend this company to all

Worst transport ever. I collect high end cars, having used about 10-15 nationwide transport companies and trips each year, and CRC Transport was dispatched for my 1 of 200 Euro 90's classic BMW touring Wagon. Their driver trashed our car, caused damage to the inside and outside and 4 months after the damage, while they 'accepted responsibility' on e-mail they first wanted to pay it direct and not involve their…

This transport was arranged by a HIGH end auto dealer. Car was in MINT showroom condition at pickup to include repainted and clear coated wheels with zero miles. Car arrived in deplorable condition. I expected it to be dirty from an open carrier, but I did not expect it to be covered in diesel soot and fuel oil. Protective floor skins had been removed and carpets were COVERED in greasy dirty boot stains. Windshield…

Shawn called to pick up a listing I had, which I dispatched to CRC. After just sitting in the cue all day I contact Shawn to make sure he was accepting. Alex said he would accept it shortly. The next day when load was still not accepted I called to make sure they were still picking up. That morning they told me they were having truck issues and unable to tell me when the truck would be fixed. I feel this company…

Bent the rim on my car causing tire to go flat. Then unloaded my car with the flat tire and did damage to the underneath of the car & the exhaust. Refused to do anything. Driver kept saying it wasn't his fault. All employees were very rude and ignorant. STAY AWAY!!!

Shipping of our car has been a terrible experience. They quote one price and then charge another. They were supposed to deliver the car on Thursday. Then they changed to Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. At 11PM the night before the delivery they call and say they can’t deliver to the address we agreed on. We were told to meet the driver about 45 minutes from the agreed delivery location at 6:30 in the morning. We…

I am warning you to never use this company. For one, they were a day late picking up my car. Next, I was called an hour and half before my car was going to be delivered to tell me they were going to be there. The cable company gives you at least a three hour window. They didn't even make it all the way to the destination and made us drive to meet them. They told me that they increased the price by $100 because they…
