Our car was shipped from Hawaii on Pasha Lines - who, by the way was HORRIBLE...it was not delivered to us on the date they promised after we flew in from Hawaii to Oakland to pick it up and travel to our daughter's graduation then on to NM where she started her first job... where we were going to leave the car for her and then fly back home to HI. We stopped the car enroute at the port and , after going out for…
They did a great job transporting my vehicle from CA to TX. I have an expensive vehicle and was worried that something might happen. My got got to me in perfect shape and on time as promised. Great communication with the driver and company representatives. I would highly recommend this company and use their service again.
Excellent. They were able to setup and pickup the vehicle in 1 day. I had been dealing with other companies for 2 weeks. SouthBeachTow came thru like a champ.
I had been booked by another company at a really low price to get my car picked up since i am a " snowbird" . Anyway, my pick up date came and went and i never heard from the company i booked with. I found South Beach Transport when i did a Google search. They found a truck for me but I was not able to arrange pick up at that time. They found me another one 3 days later. Nicole and Natalie did explain that because…
Dealing with this company was great. But I must warn other customers to beware of all of the other brokers out there!! They are like a pack of wolves.
I have a problem with my car and did not think tt would have made ti back home from San Francisco. I put in a request and the first person to call me was Nicole. She went over everything with me. While were talking, my phone would not stop ringing Anyway, she and her assistant took really good care of me. Thanks to both of you. Job well done!
Everything from the calls and emails was overwhelming and knowing who to trust is difficult. After talking to several people Leo made the most sense and gave me explanations about the actual logistics of it. I want to Thank Leo and south beach transport for helping me out tremendously!!
I have been promised pickup of my vehicle from 3 other companies which all lied. Then i got in contact with David Houstoun from South beach transport and was able to get my car to me in Florida. I spoke with him often and he always answered my calls. He is very trustworthy and I would deal with him again.

Daniel delivered our sports car a day late and covered in an inch of dirt. He asked my wife to sign a form that it was delivered. It was in fact a contract waiving liability for damage. As soon as we washed the car, we saw long scratches parallel along the roof of the car-- deep enough to cause rusting long term. Daniel claims 'you signed the release, I am not liable.' Daniel is not an honest business man, and he…
