Not knowing anything about the industry or how to transport anything. Leo explained every detail and when you're moving your car you want to make you can trust the person doing it. Leo made sure to do that and more. giving me all the information before the vehicle was picked up.

Leo and Amy were so helpful and kept me inform of every detail. Best part, I did not have to pay anything upfront! Everything could have not gone any more perfect.

I had sign a contract with another company and a week passed and they never showed up, I had talk to Amy and she had given me her number as back up plan. I called her and I only had one day to get my car picked up because I was flying out early the next day. she was so helpful and so patient with me I could not be happier.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE THIS SHIPMENT COMPANY. They drove my car 79 miles, used up 1/2 tank of gas and delivered it 2 days after they said it would arrive. They scratched the rims on front 2 tires and when confronted with pictures to prove they drove the car they would not respond. Danger, do not use Auto Express Carrier

After a lot of researching I came across Leo and Amy at South Beach Transport. I was worried about how the Transport would go as I had read so many horror stories, but they put my mind at ease. Not only did they explain everything in Details, but they kept me posted all the way from the start to finish. I will be using them again in the future if I transport another vehicle .

I was in a rush and was tired of fighting with the company I chose. Then I got a call from Alan at South Beach Transport. He saved my life. Yes I paid a little more, but my vehicle was picked up on time and I was kept informed of everything every step of the way. Thanks again Alan!!
