My vehicle was late, yes, but it was only due to some bad weather in Wyoming, and my driver actually took shelter for a couple of days to protect the vehicles and guarantee a safe transport. Transporting was easy as a 10minute phone call with Nelson Smith, he explained the process and i had a carrier picking up my Buick Lucerne the next day!! My car arrived 2 days later!! I would highly recommend using South Beach Transport!!

I started calling the owner 2 days before my car was suppose to be delivered. He answered my call ones and after that, he was only texting and refused to talk to me on the phone. My car arrived 3 days late with one of my hubcaps missing and when I called him, he didn't answer but text me instead to say it's bull shit and that the hubcap is only $5.

I was looking to ship a vehicle that I had purchased and did not want to get scammed or ripped off. I read up online some of the horrible situations that people have gotten themselves into. Jerry at Navy Auto Transport was very assertive but not too pushy. He made me feel comfortable by the way he explained everything in detail.
