Leading up to my car pick up, everything went smoothly. Emily was very quick to respond to all my questions and it was helpful to have the informational videos to learn more about the process since this was my first time shipping a car. My car was scheduled to be picked up on Thursday and it got pushed back to Friday night because of Bay area traffic. Luckily, my flight wasn't for a few more days so I could afford…
Honest and no surprises. integrity in the deal. clean communication. will use again. fast contract. email efficient. open to trucking review. not obnoxious sales pitch. was concerned about delivery and follow up.
Thank you Mario for transporting my fathers BMW from CT to CA. I will be using your services again and I highly recommend you and your company to anybody looking to transport they're vehicle. Nothing but professionalism!!
South Beach Transport picked up my vehicle after a different company had me waiting for two weeks with no driver. I gave Manny a shot with only 2 days before my flight and he had my car loaded within 5 hours of placing the order. I am very happy with the service I received from this company and Manny. Thank you for all your help!
Was a fantastic experience. I called for a quote . Car was picked up within 2 days and delivered on time . Driver and dispatch were great! Everything you could ask for in a car shipping company.
my car hauling experience ,was great same day pick up and next day delivery. who could ask for more.i enjoyed doing business with this company. prices were good and follow up was excellent. I always new where my car was.
My negative post was removed because I posted duplicate reviews of which the newest or most thorough review remains on the site. My most thorough review was deleted at the request of Mitch Chencin of American Car Transporters Inc. of Boca Raton. I am now submitting my most current and most thorough review so the people can see how low and dirty and unethical American Car Transporters operate. I contracted American…
South beach transport is the best. They were very helpful and honest. I didnt relize how many phone calls i would recieve when requesting a quote but Jackie helped me by explaining the process and giving me a good price and got my car picked up on time. I am very happy with her and her company. I will definatly only use them when transporting my car
Not gonna lie i thought i would never do this again due to being misquoted and being promised a pickup date and left hanging by other companies! i gave jamie a hard time but after extensive review he was able to provide me with accurate information, no upfront cost AND was able to transport my vehicle on time. Thank you!
I will never again request a shipping quote, I shipped with Brandon because he listened to me and addressed my concerns, he didn't blabber on about how great his company was, he just simply answered my questions truthfully and did exactly what he said he would and more, all the credibility he mentioned was true.(I looked up every last bit) My car got to me a day early and all, he had a driver assigned to me in less…
At first i was hesitant, Received a load of emails and quotes from several providers who wanted upfront cost. jamie and alan were very helpful! not only did they provide me with the proper information but there was no upfront cost AND my vehicle was picked up and delivered on time! i prefer quality over quantity and southbeach transport has quality!!
I was approached by many companies, but none had the Team Work that Andy and Mario over at Navy Auto Transport have. Not only was someone always available to take care of my issues and questions, but both of them kept me in the loop. Thanks
Aubrey was wonderful to work with. It was my first time and she made it possible for me to understand and not be so worried about my vehicle getting to me on time. She practically held my hand through it all. I will recommend Navy Auto Transport and Aubrey to all my friends and family. Thanks
Mario was nothing, but wonderful when it came to me asking multiple questions. It was my first time Transporting, but it won't be my last. I will keep using Mario at Navy Auto Transport. Thanks.
Best Carrier company by far. Not only was the Dispatcher always available, but so was the Driver. Never an unanswered call. Thank you guys for making this as easy as possible.
I am very happy that I finally decided to go with South Beach Transport and Alex. I was very well taken care off and all my calls always got answered. I was kept in the loop by both Alex and the Carrier. Thank you both
When I called David at South Beach Transport after being told that my car would not be picked up unless I paid more money by the company I originally decided to go with. I was worried that no one would make it happen as I was cutting it close, but David over at South Beach made it all happen and at a better cost. Not only was David honest about the price and why it was that much, but he was also in communication…
At the last minute my job decided that they needed me to relocate and so that meant I now needed to decided whether to Drive my vehicle or Transport it. I put out a quote at the last minute and while everyone was telling me it was impossible I decided to give one more company a call. South Beach Transport and Leo came through. Not only were all my issues and concerns addressed, but my vehicle was picked up and…
I was so exhausted from all the call, emails, and texts. Some were low and some were high, but Manny was just the right price. He explained the whole process from start to finish and was available to answer all my questions. My vehicle not only got picked up on time, but delivered on time. Thanks.
From the moment I called until the moment my vehicle was delivered I had the best service. Jackie was with me from the start to the finish. Thank you so much. I got my vehicle on time and clean.
