We shipped my parents' car from the Villages in Florida, to upstate NY (Scotia). They were prompt, very professional, all exactly as predicted. We were VERY pleased and in fact, immediately booked a second car from Las Vegas to Marco Island Florida. I could not have been more pleased and would not hesitate to use again. I have recommended Southbeach several times already. Thank you for a professional, stress free…
After being Jacked around for 10 days by Auto Shipping Today. (delay pick up then 3 times tried to raise fees)..And paying extra for expedited delivery I responded to Julie's email asking if I had everything handled on my recent transport... Told her No .. and within hours she had everything set and done..without fees upfront...This is the one to use Everything she promised happened exactly as she said! I rate 5…
Picked up on time and delivered on time.
We had a small window for my car to be transported from FL to PA and Philam Transport worked with us. Pick up and drop off were on time. The car arrived in perfect shape. The owner of Philam kept in contact with us and updated us regularly before pick up and we were given the driver's name and phone number so we could contact him during transport. Phone calls were returned in a timely manner from driver and updates…
Before choosing Philam Transport we looked at many different companies and chose them because their quote came in the lowest. The delivery time for my vehicle was on the faster side than what I've experienced before with other brokers. It really was a satisfying experience knowing that we got the deal at a low price. I would highly recommend Philam Transport to anyone who is looking to move their vehicle over a long…
Relocation can be extremely hassle and I'm not sure I would have had the slightest clue how to have handled it without Philam Transport. They helped me in a lot of ways. Gilbert accommodated extra weight in my car and even gave me referrals on other aspects of my move. He made sure the carriers were treating us well and that things were happening when they said they would. The quoted price to move my car was not the…
I placed my order and then the next day Philam called me and I am really surprised that my car is already for pick up. I met the driver right away and got my baby. I should have called this company first rather than wasting time with companies who promise you the world. I will definitely refer you to my friends in the Automotive industry.
Nicole; My wife and I want to thank you and Kars Transport for the excellent service on transporting the Camry to Santa Barbara. My brother-in-law is so happy. I don’t need to transport cars very often, in fact, this was a first for me, but I will happily recommend you guys to anyone that I meet that needs to transport a vehicle. Best wishes Carl and Mary
Could not have asked for better service. The transport drivers were perfect. They treated it as if it were they're own. Would definitely use Philam Transport in the future! Keep up the good work!
This is the second time I used Philam Transport. First, open truck and now I opted to use an enclosed truck primarily because I am transporting my 1965 Lincoln Continental, my first classic car :) Philam pulled it through again without a hitch, they are simply the best! Honest and straightforward and will work around the time frames you want for pick up and drop off. I always felt informed and safe using their…
The car transport business is very complicated. I need to move my 2011 Dodge Dakota from California to Wisconsin and after several conversations with various companies I found Philam Transport to be the most helpful with all my questions. This part is a necessity for me since this is my first time transporting my car. Gilbert explained everything to me and gave me a very fair quote. The driver picked up the day they…
Very good service, reasonable rate, professional drivers, prompt. I highly recommend The South Beach!
Gilbert explained what the process was from the start. He is always in constant contact and always answers the phone with good news. Philam was referred to me by the person I was purchasing my car from. I had contracted with another carrier and they cancelled on me at the last minute. After trying many other companies I would not use anyone else. and yes, I will definitely use Philam Transport again!
Thank you,Manny Cabrera.First time shipping a car,if I have to do it again,I will call Soutbeach transport.Truck driver was nice and friendly .
DON'T DO IT !!!!! -- I inherited a car from a brother that died suddenly and need it shipped to my home. Called 'Destiny Auto Shipping' to transport the car from TN to CA. During the initial call they assured me they had "their own" trucks (not contracted out) and would be able to pick up and deliver promptly. They quoted me a total cost of $850 "all-in". They agreed in writing to my specific instructions and we…
Nicole was knowledgeable, but you should not promise something you have no control over. We requested a call the day before delivery and we did not receive one. The driver called when he was on the site early the next morning. He was extremely rude while we looked over the car for any damages and then threatened to put the car back on the carrier since we did not work fast enough for him. It got to the point we…
My first time transporting a car, I find it easy and was able to get the car faster than I thought. Philam gave me a fair quote and I booked my shipment. They were able to meet the dates of pickup and delivery. Overall I was pleased with the transaction and had no issues with the delivery and condition of my car. My car arrived in great shape. They did a great job, at a reasonable rate and would recommend them to my…
