I used his services and he came through for me. The auto was delivered on time. I highly recommend the company. One of the things I like is the fact he is reachable and gave me the most cost effective quotes on the transportation.
The price was very reasonable. My car was picked-up at the scheduled day/hr and delivered at the scheduled day/hr. I am very pleased with the service
Great customer service. friendly people, reassuring care since this is the first time shipping a auto. Had an over abundance of e mails and quotes all claiming to get the cheapest rate but door to door seemed to have all bases covered
The service, pricing, courtesy shown to me, was all outstanding. i would definitely recommend them to everyone needing their service. i have used them numerous times and have not had one complaint. i also believe that their pricing is very fair and in line with all competitors.
Before loading my car, the driver wandered around it making notes of any damage, scratches, scuffs etc. I then signed off on that and was given a copy. Upon delivery we again wandered around the car and checked for damage before payment. My vehicle incurred no damage so I considered this a very good service.
Kay, from Ship a Car Direct, provided excellent customer service and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was picked up by Kem, from Comic Transportation, and I always had direct communication with him. He responded to my questions very quickly. This was my first time having to ship my car and would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to have their car hauled.
Car arrived in good condition and on time. Reasonable price. Good customer service. My complaint is that we Had a helmet and motor cross goggles stolen out of a bag in the back of the car
This service was fast, relaible and honest. Timing was accurate and everything rolled as planned and I received the car just in 3 days, much better than expected and than other agencies who gave me a range of 5-8 days. The service was not the cheapest of all I compared but compared to my other 2 past experineces, it was accurate, reliable, easy and trustable. It worth the extra bucks for the stress free and good…
The driver was courteous and friendly. They picked up on time and delivered on time. No damage to the car. My only concern was that i wasn't notified that i couldn't have any items in my back seat. i was unable to move all the items into the truck and I was charged an extra $50
Yana was excellent. She knew that I had to have the car picked up and I was going to use another vendor. She went ahead and called me on the following day to find out if my car had been shipped yet. I told her no and that I was unhappy with the lack of service promised. She took the order and had my car picked up that day and delivered the next day. She continued to stay in touch with me throughout the process until…
One of the most enjoyable customer service experience overall. Picked up car from Catonsville,MD on Friday and delivered car in Los Angeles,CA on Thursday. Very prompt, efficient service at the lowest price. I would highly recommend AUTOSTAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS and would in future use them as well ! Happy and satisfied customer.
Neil was well informed and communicative throughout the process. He was patient with with my questions, and was very understanding when I had to reschedule. He did his best to accommodate the problems in my schedule, and I felt that he really cares about making his customers happy and reuniting them with their cars.

I was very nervous about getting my car shipped from NJ to CA and weary of what company to use. My car was delivered yesterday and everyone I dealt with from the company was very nice and helpful. The driver I contacted a couple times and he was friendly and helpful as well. I was so happy to have my car back safe and sound. I rarely write reviews, but I had a great experience with eShip, so I wanted to share for…
As a Doctor I am an extremely busy man. When I was given the task of moving across the country to a new hospital there was so much to do in a short period of time. Being overwhelmed I had my Daughter set up the shipping of my vehicle. We heard Nightmarish stories about shipping. Just to let others know, Joel and Rick at Passage were very pleasant, The price was fair, and I am a very happy customer! I would recommend…
The staff that handled my transaction were superb! I could not have dealt with nicer people than the team of Philam Transport. I had a problem with the original pick up date but they did great in re-scheduling. The car was delivered on planned schedule and Dante, the driver could not be nicer. I recommend using them to everyone.
I was nervous about the whole process, but everything went really well. Mary was great to work with (very friendly, calm and knowledgeable). I would recommend them to anyone and use them again.
The price is just right and the people are awesome! Philam Transport is very professional and detail-oriented. Gilbert is my contact and he makes sure every car comes to me on time and damage-free. The best broker one could ever have.
