I contacted Nelson Smith after finding South Beach Transport online. I was happy with all the details they gave me about my transport and the cost seemed reasonable. The car was picked up and delivered on time and as expected!! I will defnitely use again, thank you!
I will say off the bat, i was not an easy customer to deal with. I wanted to get my corvette shipped enclosed. I also wanted to do this as inexpensively as possible. i must have called Nicole 10 times minimum. i know i called her at least 2 times a day while I was trying to make up my mind which company to use. The reason why i went with South Beach was that they say they will answer at all times. I tried that. I…
I was contacted by several companies and when Alex contacted i figured i would hear the same as i have been hearing all day from the other companies but Alex was a lot different he was able to ask all of my questions took his time to explain the whole transport process and even took the time to walk me through the websites to show me what exactly to look out for i highly appreciate all the time Alex put into…
Overall great company! Very knowledgeable on what happens and even though the driver was delayed and lacked communication. Maggie and Alan was on top of it and communicated through the wait times. I would use South Beach Transport again.
I must say i waited until the last minute to get my car shipped. I simply forgot about getting it set up even though my wife reminded me. Anyway, she realized that we were leaving 2/23 and no trucker had called so she looked and noticed nothing was done. She called Nicole because she had spoken to her before and we had thought the price was too high. Well, we had no other choice but to get this done. Nicole…
Great service, on time, reliable. Good people to work with and get a car shipped from one state to another.
I've used 3 different shipping companies now and Navy Transport was the best to deal with. I went through Mario Lopez and he got right to work for me and made the process very easy. Called him on a Monday and within 24 hours he had my truck picked up and on it's way. He was easy to get ahold of and made it very hassle free.
Ship a car direct company is reliable.Jason is very helpful.so I will use them in future also.every thing went very smoothly.jason was able to find a very good driver in one day.
Everyone was very helpful. Moved from Alaska to Bay Area, CA and believe me, it wasn't an easy move! Special thanks to Kim for her help. She made everything easier for me! My vehicle was delivered on time. NO DAMAGES!!! The tow driver from 'Wreckerman Tow' company who picked up my vehicle at my house in Alaska to be transported to Port of AK was awesome!!! Thanks also to the guy who dropped off my vehicle in front…
I would definitely use this service again if needing a vehicle transported. The customer service representative was kmowleknowledgeable and the process was very quick and easy. She made sure to answer my questions and put me at ease that my vehicle was safe with a company to trust. The driver checked in and there was never a time where I felt unsure. The driver was able to get my vehicle here quicker than quoted…
Very satisfied, answered all my questions very helpful, this was the first time I have ever had a car shipped, definitely will use them again.

Excellent service from Auto Shipping Group. Kimberly provided great customer service and walked me through the process. My car was delivered early and the truck driver was super nice and even helped me with my dead car battery. Thanks all!
Have used Lightning Auto Carriers twice. Both times without issue. Strongly recommend. Both times I used Lightning Auto I had specific requests of times for pick up and delivery, these requests were granted each time. Both times the pick up locations were a few miles from being convienient, I lived in a rural area. The drivers were very professional and careful with my vehicles. Matt and Brad were very involved with…
Customer service on the phone was prompt and friendly. But when I booked the transport I specifically asked the odds of a late pickup and was assured it was very low. After the pickup was a week overdue I began to call daily to check the status of the pickup. I the end I did receive the car in good condition with a good driver I was just delayed two weeks getting the car picked up from the seller and shipped.
i was happy with the service. thank you for the pickup.it was very godd for the service, Monique was very pleasant.
From the time I selected this company to the time my vehicle was delivered to me, I received communication at every step of the process. After selecting this company I was sent a link for putting down the deposit, I was then immediately contacted by Emily and offered a pick up the next day. I was contacted by the driver when he was halfway to my location, and then received a call 45 minutes before he arrived to let…
Malia was amazing! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She has definitely made shipping my car less stressful than i thought it would be. mahalo!
Both Don and Christina were spot-on regarding their presentation and more importantly...their follow up. They returned all of my calls and e.mails within 15 minutes. The truck did breakdown along the way, however, the delivery was made within the allowable time frame that Don gave me at the beginning.
I wanted to deliver my vehicle from Rohnert Park, CA to Corvallis, OR. There wasn't even someone to give thrm the car and its keys because we already left the state. We leftvthe keys in the car in a hotel parking. We told Mario about that and he talked to the driver about it, and as soon as they got my deposit, they picked the car up. What I liked most was Mario Lopez, I couldn't call him all the time or receive…
