After extensive research I decided to go with Joe over at Navy Auto Transport and I am glad I did. He was very helpful from the get go and he made sure that the Driver was on time due to my crazy hectic schedule. Everything went smoothly.
Excellent communication throughout the whole process. The driver picked the truck up the same day and delivered it even earlier than expected. He answered my texts right away and was courteous. Excellent experience.
As always, Jorge was great with this shipment. Not an easy area to pick up cars from in California and he was able to find a carrier to get one for the day requested. Worked out great and car was delivered just in time!
We were very pleased with the service from Ship a Car Direct. Since day one their representative Matt, was helpful and easy to reach for questions and status updates. He was diligent to our request and the car got picked-up and delivered in the dates that we asked for. It made it from coast to coast in the same shape that it left our California home. Matt, We really thank you for your support and professionalism. !!!
I will always recommend Jerry and Navy Auto Transport to anyone who needs to ship their vehicle. He made the entire process very simple and was honest with me from the beginning. Very informative and always available for an update on my vehicle. Great service!! Thanks again Jerry!!
The setup phone call was professional and enjoyable. Very friendly, trustworthy people. The price was very reasonable and the transport time was amazingly short. Loved the driver. Very easy going, flexible and friendly
I don't know how many calls I got but when I decided to base my transport on price , that's where everything went wrong they kept telling me they can do it for the lowest price and the end they didn't answer any of my calls and charged me a deposit! they didn't even get the job done! once it was the day of pick up , I couldn't wait I called Julie within an hour or two she was able to get me the driver and my money…
Kimberly was patient, informative, and involved through the whole process. The carrier was great too. If I move cross country again or know others who will, I'd definitely use this service or recommend them. Thanks again!!
This was the second time I used AmeriFreight. I was highly satisfied by my first experience and there was no question that I would use them again. The AmeriFreight agent, Lecia, was extremely knowledgeable and got things moving quickly. The car mover was on time and very fast for a cross country move. I was very pleased that the car was delivered within one minute of the promised time! I thought the pricing was very…
I was looking to transport my vehicle cross country, but needed to make sure that not only it would get picked up on time, but that I would arrive to family on time as they were depending on the vehicle. Andy quoted me and not only called me, but emailed me. Explained the process from the beginning. Was available to answer all and any questions that I had. I was able to communicate not only with Andy, but the…
From the time I selected this company to the time my vehicle was delivered to me, I received communication at every step of the process. After selecting this company I was sent a link for putting down the deposit, I was then immediately contacted by Emily and offered a pick up the next day. I was contacted by the driver when he was halfway to my location, and then received a call 45 minutes before he arrived to let…
I found it very hectic trying to find a company who I felt I can trust. It boiled down to the broker I was speaking to. Many of them wanted me to give them a credit card and the moment I declined their tone of voice changed and eventually the converstion went no where. Alan was very patient and answered all of my questions. I felt he was the most trustworthy of all of the companies. He assured me I would not be…
