The quote was exactly the amount due at delivery. In many cases the final price was 20% less than all other quotes. I was concerned about the job since it was quoted so less than other company quotes, but was very satisfied at final delivery. The driver was very good at texting us pick-up time and drove- off time.
I was working with a company for 2+ weeks and even payed deposit and they still left me hanging. Leo actually got my trailblazer pick up in less than 2 days and delivered in 3. Thank god!! My daughter was car less waiting to start her new job. I would definitely use South beach again. Thanks Leo!
The drivers and customer service representatives called after 8pm and before 8am. They also expected pick-up/drop-off very late at night or very early in the morning. These are not usually the best times for me and it's hard to inspect a car for damage in the dark. There was not much flexibility. However everyone was very nice.
I ENTERED A CONTRACT WITH FAST TRACK AUTO CARRIERS ON 04/30/2015. I GOT A QUOTE AND AGREED TO THE PRICE OF THE SHIPPING .I WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE WOULD BE PICKED IN 7 DAYS. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SHIPPING CO REGARDING LATE PICK UP SO I CALLED THEM 3 DAYS AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS TO BE PICKRD UP AND WAS TOLD THE DRIVER HAS TRUCK PROBLEMS AND THEY A NEW DRIVER THAT WOULD BE CONTACTING ME…
Angels is very professional and business like, but they always try to accomodate our special requests for our customers. They always keep our customer informed and the follow up is perfect.
Excellent Customer service. Charles found an available truck who was on time for pick up. The Driver communicated with me about the convenient time to drop the car. I only pay the money we agree at the beginning of the transaction.
i have been shipping my cars now for 2 years with Nicole. My son plays in the NFL and we have had to move his car back and forth from FL-TX. Each and every time, service was excellent. She has moved my daughter's car for school from TX-FL. This last time was from CA-TX, a surprise birthday gift for my wife. I am known for waiting until the last minute but somehow some way, she finds the right type of trucker to suit…
