Was assisted the whole way by Nelson Smith he did amazing as far as hes services. First transporting a car so i was nervous, but he made it simple got it picked up right away and price did not change. Definite Recommendation
To be honest my experience with Mario was something unique and very rewarding. Something honestly I enjoyed about this company was the fact that everything was done as I was promised from the first time I called and they didn't charge me any outrageous prices. I plan on using them from now on when ever I choose to transport my vehicle.
Pickup from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills was very prompt and the delivery was 1 day sooner than initially promised! Driver kept in contact ahead of time and arrived at the drop off spot about 1 hour early. The driver was very careful during the unloading process as well in order to not scrape the bumper. Excellent job!
I am giving AutoStar an overall 5 star rating. They communicated consistently with me and never left me uninformed. They were one of the least expensive quotes I got ranging from $2,500 down to $850. The transport driver was very polite and friendly.
