They got us out of a major bind while we were at the opposite end of the country. They found a driver within an hour with my husband having to leave on a flight that night. I will never use another company. The driver was also amazing. Really fast to respond and great communication.
I had been contacted by multiple companies but out of all of them Nicole and South Beach Transport stood. out. I can say she was the most expensive but it was worth the hassle free transport that i had for my Range Rover. I had cheaper prices but none of them too time to talk to me. I was just a number to them. She explained the whole process, explained why cheap does not work. The truck that came to pick up my…
I bought a BlueTEC in Miami and needed it brought to my home here in IL. I wanted it enclosed and i had gotten an email quote from Nicole. Things were hectic trying to get paperwork done and the back and forth. Anyway, the long and short of it was I wanted this shipped enclosed. nothing less. Nicole went over everything with me and i told her a date. Well she had a truck space for me but the SUV was not ready. It…
I was in need of a transport asap as I waited for the last minute. After a lot of promises from another company I was talking too i got tired of non answered calls. David called me and explained how it works and what he could do for me. Explained that at this point my only option would be expedited services. Which was well worth it as he kept in touch with me the whole time. Thanks David
My car was delivered on time , had assistance throughout the whole process, everything was done as scheduled, They met my needs as a customer, would recommend.
Sdm Transport is a good company. It was easy going process to ship my car and I ended up very satisfied. Dispatch guy was polite. He told me not to worry and then he kept calling me to say: driver is coming to pick up your car, your car will be delivered on time and so on. Good job.
Over all my experience with Izzy at South Beach Transport was miraculous. I had such bad experiences with other carriers and when I did it with them this time it was such a difference. Everything was extremely professional and Izzy was very understanding and honest. He worked out a price that worked for me and made sure everything was done the correct way and to my convenience. Definitely will be choosing them again…
This is the second time I've used South Beach to move a car in the last year. You read all these horror stories but i have to tell you I've been very satisfied. The first move was from Houston to Chicago and this one from south Florida to Chicago. Big thumbs up.The actual carrier must have wanted to miss the snow storm so he really hustled it. Arrived 2 days AHEAD of schedule.Perfect
