Drivers Daniel & Lindsey Miller are unprofessional and liars. Different stories to different people. Lindsey said they went to Naples beach, Fort Lauderdale beach and after loading my van they were going to Clearwater beach. Was this a business or pleasure load??? Everything was late from pick up to drop off. I had to scramble to get it picked up on a weekend.
Bent the rim on my car causing tire to go flat. Then unloaded my car with the flat tire and did damage to the underneath of the car & the exhaust. Refused to do anything. Driver kept saying it wasn't his fault. All employees were very rude and ignorant. STAY AWAY!!!
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is looking to transport,. not only are the brokers good but there dispatch team and their drivers were in contact with me the whole time.
Good and efficient ship car service. I sent my car the day before I left Florida and got my car back on the day I arrive MO. And the drive delivered my car at the place 5 min walking distance away from my new apartment which saved me from a lot of trouble. I really appreciated. The customer service are really helpful. They update the status very quick. I really want to say that it is a excellent experience.
we were very nervous because we were shipping our son a brand new 2015 Hyundai sonata. We wanted to make sure we picked someone reliable and trustworthy . After much research we decide to contact south beach transport. Manny was our agent and he was amazing. He explained the whole process and even got us the delivery date we wanted.
