Shipping a car from Florida to Texas

This is the 2nd time i ship with South Beach, Nelson Smith was my agent this time. I found him to be very helpful, and always reachable. I like that there's no payment until I receive the car in Dallas...but most of all i appreciate that the car is picked up and delivered when they said it would!! Unfortunately, this is the worst company in the US for car shipment. They have very bad customer service and are totally unreliable for paying your claim. I got my car damaged and I filled a claim and they were very helpful initially approving my claim and they were welling to pay me for fixing the damage ($1400). Our original plan was to have South Beach Transport move our car from South Fl to Texas. Jim Cios was our contact person and worked out all the details. He was professional, returned calls and emails, and did everything right. In the end we needed to drive the car because of our dogs so we didn't use them but in the future we would use their service.

Neil was well informed and communicative throughout the process. He was patient with with my questions, and was very understanding when I had to reschedule. He did his best to accommodate the problems in my schedule, and I felt that he really cares about making his customers happy and reuniting them with their cars.

I was very happy with the transport services that Chase had to offer. The driver was very patient with me. Pick up went great and I was delayed for the delivery as I didn't calculate my timing correctly, but the Driver was very nice and waited the time needed for me to get to where he was.
