Shipped our 2008 Honda Accord coast to coast, and the car was delivered 1 day early, without a hitch. Would recommend! In general the driver stayed in good contact before and during pickup, and he was clean and efficient. My only hesitancy involved dropoff time and communication - I needed to reach out to my customer service representative before pickup because I hadn't yet received the exact date and time regarding…
Jerry was very insightful and explained the entire process in a way that I could understand. He provided great customer service and was able to find a carrier for my route which was very difficult for the other companies I was working with before Navy Auto. The price was slightly higher but atleast he got the job done. I recommend Jerry and Navy Auto Transport to anyone transporting a car for the first time. Save…
Navy Auto Transport is a very reliable company and has professional agents. The agent was able to coordinate an on time pick up within a short time frame. The customer service was exceptional and everything was explained in detail. They will find the best rate for your needs. Overall really good experience and I would use Navy Auto Transport again. Ask for Jerry he was the agent that dealt with me through every step…
I needed an enclosed transport for an 76 Oldsmobile that was been in my family for over 30+ years and trusting someone with it to take it across the country but I'm glad i was able to trust South Beach transport. Leo specifically ensured that the transport went well without any hiccups.
Thank you Navy Auto Transport great job!
Everything went the way it was explained....Nelson Smith was very helpful and PATIENT!! I really didnt understand how this all worked, but South Beach really took there time and explained the process and it was really smooth...price never changed and pick up and delivery were on time. RECOMMENDED!!!
I chose South Beach Transport after i had originally gone with another company that scammed me into paying a deposit that they said would not be charged until pick up!!!! As soon as i got off the phone with them it was charged! I remembered Izzy warning me about this and i called him for help. He was so polite and helpful! i got my car picked up and transported smoothly. Thank you Izzy!!!!!!
I gotta tell you. Not only were they prompt, but they were also very well coordinated and did a very good job at keeping us in touch with the carrier. I did not think it was this simple and probably should have shipped it last year when I had to relocate. David you are welcome to use me as a referral. Thanks a Bunch!!!
Not gonna lie i thought i would never do this again due to being misquoted and being promised a pickup date and left hanging by other companies! i gave jamie a hard time but after extensive review he was able to provide me with accurate information, no upfront cost AND was able to transport my vehicle on time. Thank you!
Everything went so smoothly and Lecia was amazingly helpful!!! I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone in need of shipping a car across country and will use them again if the need ever arises again in the future.
Car: 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI Wish I found Auto Transport 123 a couple months ago - it would have saved me the headache of UShip brokers and I would have had my car so much sooner. Tara was fantastic to work with, took all the information and I had a driver assigned within 36 hours. Pick up Monday afternoon. Car delivered Friday morning. Just fantastic. Driver, Paul, was considerate and returned my call in a…
I have never shipped a car before and I was so mad at myself putting my number online.I have got almost 20 calls in less than 10 minutes from different companies telling me that they have their own trucks and will be in the area with the day that I wanted.Philam called me and right off the bat answered all of my questions and the reason why I booked with Bobby is just plain simple being upfront and honest and that…
Great choice! I was very satisfied with the service and the price was very competitive. The people on the office were very patient and understanding. I will defintely recommend this company and use their setice again.
I have shipped 3 cars with Philam Transport now in the last 3 months and I havent had a single issue. They are part of my team when it comes to car transport because they are simple to coordinate. Gilbert, the owner is a very busy person but he will take the time to explain everything I need to know about each transport. Great communication, great truck drivers and on-time delivery. He will get your car shipped at a…
